Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
  • Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in driving sales performance
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales training and development
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
