About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer, Dealer Services Specialist to join our team at IA Financial Group. As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in increasing the performance of our Financial Service Managers through effective training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual Training
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs to Financial Service Managers, focusing on areas such as sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance.
- Conduct regular dealership visits to assess training needs and provide constructive feedback.
- Update visit reports in Salesforce and conduct follow-up activities to ensure training objectives are met.
- Training Delivery
- Design and deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions using IA Financial Group's training materials.
- Ensure broad understanding of training content and promote the use of corporate tools and systems.
- Actively participate in IA Financial Group's training development activities and workshops to enhance training methods.
- Requirements
- Proven knowledge of financial systems, including UniFI, UniFi 2.0, Dealertrack, and Equifax.
- Extensive understanding of the financial services industry, including market trends and operations.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and skills in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
