About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer Consultant to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Implementation and Affiliate Relations team, you will play a critical role in the successful launch and delivery of our SNAP Youth Justice program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to Affiliate sites to ensure successful implementation of the SNAP Youth Justice program.
  • Program Guidance: Offer guidance and consultation to Affiliate sites on program implementation, including setup and delivery.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of training and consultation activities using the SNAP Implementation Tool.
  • Quality Assurance: Support Affiliate Sites' quality assurance activities, including monitoring program integrity and accreditation.
Requirements
  • Clinical Experience: Proven experience in delivering individual and group evidence-based cognitive-behavioral multi-modal programming, working with high-risk children and youth.
  • Consulting Approach: Strong consulting skills, with the ability to develop and nurture trusting relationships with program sponsors, providers, and participants.
  • Training Skills: Experience delivering and supporting multi-modal training that leverages hand-held technology, with a focus on adaptability and exceptional communication skills.
  • Integrity: A dedicated and supportive team player with high standards of accountability and professionalism.
