We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive sales processes, and the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person training sessions for sales teams across multiple locations
  • Work closely with sales managers to identify training needs and skill gaps within the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to measure the impact of our different programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Ensure that sales teams are well-informed about the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.

Qualifications

  • A valid drivers license and a vehicle as traveling to be in different locations
  • Omvic or Amvic certifications (both are a plus)
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and best practices.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel to different dealership locations as required. Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Certification in sales training or related field is a plus.
