Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Trainer to join our team at IA Financial Group. As a Financial Services Trainer, you will be responsible for increasing the performance of Financial Service Managers through training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Training

  • Prepare visits by analyzing sales numbers and identifying FSM development needs
  • Develop trustworthy relationships with FSM to facilitate training
  • Provide individual training on iA products, manufacturers, compliance, sales techniques, and more
  • Use various methods to identify FSM's areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
  • Update visit reports in Salesforce and conduct follow-ups

Training

  • Provide classroom or virtual training using iA Dealer Services material
  • Conduct training in a professional, challenging, and varied way
  • Ensure broad understanding of provided information and demonstrate active listening
  • Attend iA Dealer Services development activities and workshops

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of systems used by retailers
  • Extensive knowledge of the market and operations of a business office
  • Knowledge of financial institutions and regulations
  • Ability to perform the duties of an FSM and transfer knowledge in an educational way
  • Ability to use relevant software applications
  • Ability to deliver group training sessions
