Bee Clean Building Maintenance is seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our Regina Office.

Position Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for providing administrative, operational, financial, and business development leadership and support, both internally and externally, to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of a regional office and territory. This role involves leading and managing a team with individual accountability in designated areas, adapting as the office and region expand. The Operations Manager also ensures adherence to company policies, standards, and practices, aligning with Bee Clean's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the administrative and operational teams in Regina and South Saskatchewan.
  2. Oversee the daily management and operation of the office and warehouse.
  3. Assist human resources in conducting new hire orientations.
  4. Provide training, coaching, and corrective action, following company policies to meet performance expectations.
  5. Manage resources and supplies, including cleaning products and equipment.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  7. Supervise the recruitment, training, and placement of staff at client sites.
  8. Support the achievement of financial objectives for Regina and the Southern Saskatchewan region.
  9. Generate and analyze financial and operational reports.
  10. Engage in business development activities to foster growth in Regina and Southern Saskatchewan.
  11. Identify and resolve inefficiencies to enhance operations.
  12. Drive the development of innovative solutions to optimize processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Act as a backup for the Saskatchewan General Manager and Office Manager as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of five years of operational experience in the cleaning services sector.
  2. A proven leader and team builder capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with operations and senior leadership teams, including vendors and clients.
  4. Strong understanding of financial aspects related to labor, supplies, materials, equipment, administration, profit, and overhead.
  5. Encouragement of innovation and the pursuit of productivity enhancement tools to boost team and site performance.
  6. Proficient in various computer applications, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and financial software.
