Regional Operations Support Specialist

Position Overview:

  • Demonstrated work experience and education that highlight your capacity to manage, analyze, and make significant decisions. Ability to work independently without oversight. Combine administrative and financial performance with operational efficiency and leadership to create a positive impact.
  • Strong understanding of P21 and operational protocols.
  • Proficient in data analysis, identifying shortcomings, and developing solutions. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • Ability to build relationships, a strong willingness to assist, comprehend challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment with unforeseen challenges. A strong sense of resourcefulness is crucial.
  • Capable of assembling and managing a team promptly.

  • Proactively support the Regional Vice-President in achieving operational and financial goals for the region. Utilize your knowledge of the network and systems to foster profitable growth.
  • Evaluate various performance metrics for the region and tailor necessary actions, whether regionally or locally.
  • Identify priority actions based on financial implications and engage relevant personnel to swiftly address issues.
  • Serve as the key contact that makes a significant difference.
  • Implement initiatives that will positively impact the region. Demonstrate creativity in navigating potential constraints.
  • Facilitate virtual or in-person meetings regularly or as needed to promote communication aimed at achieving and sustaining operational efficiency.
