Regional Operations Support Specialist

Are You the Right Fit?
- Demonstrated work experience and education that showcase your capability to manage, analyze, and make impactful decisions independently. Ability to merge administrative and financial performance with operational efficiency and leadership to drive results.
- Strong understanding of P21 and operational protocols.
- Proficient in data analysis, identifying gaps, and implementing effective solutions. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, a strong desire to assist, and the ability to understand challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Highly adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment and adept at navigating unexpected challenges. A strong sense of resourcefulness is crucial.
- Capable of efficiently building and managing a team as needed.

- Proactively support the Regional Vice-President in achieving operational and financial objectives for the region. Utilize your knowledge of the network and systems to foster profitable growth.
- Evaluate various performance metrics for the region and tailor necessary actions accordingly, whether at a regional or local level.
- Identify priority actions based on financial implications and mobilize relevant stakeholders to address issues promptly.
- Serve as the key contact who makes a significant impact.
- Initiate and implement projects that will create a positive difference for the region, demonstrating creativity in overcoming potential challenges.
- Facilitate regular or ad hoc virtual or in-person meetings to promote communication and maintain operational efficiency.
