About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for customers, employees, and yourself.
  • Sales and Profit Growth: Build sales and profits by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in local events and initiatives that positively impact the community.
  • Culture and Values: Uphold the company's renowned cleanliness methodology and promote a positive culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess and problem-solve with confidence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
