Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Operations Oversight: Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit and train new staff members.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
