Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in our food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the restaurant's operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of restaurant staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they meet the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
