We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maintain profitability.
  • Operations Oversight: Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit and train new staff members.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
