We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Operations Oversight: Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit and train new staff members.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize profits.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
