We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Analysis: Analyze and optimize the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
