Restaurant Operations Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
* Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
* Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
* Supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery
* Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand
* Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
* Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
* Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment

**Requirements**

* 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
