Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Analysis: Analyze and optimize the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available and that waste is minimized.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
