Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate our daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.

Staff Performance Monitoring

Monitor the performance of our staff and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
