Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate our daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Staff Performance Monitoring

Monitor the performance of our staff and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to run our restaurant effectively.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
