Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Allocate tasks to sales personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Conduct hiring processes and facilitate training programs for new employees.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns effectively.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze reports on sales performance and staffing issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges that arise in the store environment, including supply shortages.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain a well-organized inventory system.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
