Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business and increase customer retention.
- Financial Management
- Manage cash handling and banking procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Monitor and control expenses, including inventory costs, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Store Operations
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve store efficiency, productivity, and customer flow.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
