Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor at Pioneer plays a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Task Management: Assign duties to sales staff and manage workflow effectively.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and oversee merchandise returns.
  • Inventory Control: Order and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability.
  • Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules for team members.
  • Sales Performance: Actively sell merchandise and prepare detailed reports on sales metrics.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
