Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Stedmans V&S Department store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and budgeting.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
