Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorizing returns and ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to sales workers to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
