About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, disease management, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy: Possess a master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists: Be actively registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Recent Experience in Patient Management: Have recent experience in patient management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
