Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement patient-centered, goal-directed treatment programs using therapy assistants.
  • Manage patients in acute or long-term care rehabilitation programs.
  • Collaborate with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Member in good standing of the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
  • Reliable, flexible, and self-directed professional with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
