About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to join our team at PET VALU. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of all key corporate events, including conferences, tradeshows, and regional meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event plans, concepts, and designs in partnership with the Events team.
  • Manage conference, trade show, and sponsorship logistics, including processing forms, payments, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and database management for events requiring transportation.
  • Contribute to event budgets and ensure timely reconciliation of all event invoices.
  • Collaborate with store leaders and support functions to deliver impactful and meaningful events.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
