Event Coordinator Job Description

ADEM Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, meetings, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Conference and Meeting Services: Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote our conference and meeting services.
  • Site Selection and Management: Inspect and select sites for events, and coordinate all related details.
  • Event Logistics: Manage event logistics, including set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details.
  • Media Services: Coordinate media services, including setting up and monitoring multi-media equipment.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and prepare final financial reports.
  • Human Resources: Identify human resources requirements and manage event staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Transportation/Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, and team player
