- Collaborate with the VP of Leasing and Finance to formulate and manage annual operating and capital budgets, conducting thorough revenue and expense analyses.

Operational Excellence:
- Manage the business according to a well-defined plan with clear, measurable goals.
- Uphold the integrity of the Colliers brand by managing operations with transparency and accountability.
- Cultivate a cohesive team environment that aligns with the company's objectives.

Advocacy and Representation:
- Act as a champion for the corporate vision, effectively communicating it both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain a reputable presence in the real estate community through active participation in industry associations and networking events.

Team Development:
- Mentor and motivate team members to meet client and corporate goals.
- Foster an advisory culture within the team to assist clients in achieving their investment objectives.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in commercial property management, particularly in Retail and Office asset classes.
- A deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and the local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in economic indicators and their implications for commercial real estate.

Skills:
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to make informed decisions based on analysis and experience.
