Position Overview
This role is designated for the Executive Vice President of Property Management in the Quebec Region. The primary responsibility is to oversee the property management operations within the region, ensuring optimal performance and the achievement of measurable outcomes through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior property managers, fostering a culture of excellence in client service and strategic relationship building.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to support revenue and EBITDA growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Leasing and Finance to formulate and manage annual operating and capital budgets, while conducting thorough revenue and expense analyses.
  • Implement a structured business plan with clearly defined goals and objectives, ensuring integrity and the enhancement of the Colliers brand.
  • Develop a cohesive and high-performing team that collaborates effectively across departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a champion for the company's vision, effectively communicating it both internally and externally.

Team Management
  • Oversee the senior property management team and construction department, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to meet their professional goals while aligning with Colliers' objectives.
  • Establish a strong presence in the real estate community through networking and industry associations.
  • Promote an advisory culture within the team to assist clients in reaching their investment objectives more efficiently.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to expand the business through collaboration with senior management and regular engagement with key clients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in commercial property management, particularly in senior leadership roles focusing on Retail and Office asset classes.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and Colliers' position within the local market.
  • Proficient in analyzing economic indicators and their implications for commercial real estate.
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley, and CSAE 3416 regulations.
  • Ability to create flexible, results-oriented systems and processes that maximize efficiency.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
