Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead our treasury and accounting operations. This role is pivotal in managing our financial strategies and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all cash management and accounting functions.
- Analyze and enhance our cash flow management model, incorporating data from various subsidiaries.
- Monitor cash flow and debt on a project basis to guarantee timely payments.
- Act as the banking system administrator, establishing essential services for operational efficiency while safeguarding financial data.
- Present analyses, findings, and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare and validate financial statements, calculate provisions for operational costs, and conduct budget variance analyses.
- Manage invoicing for lease operating costs and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
- Supervise the accounting team and coordinate the budgeting process across departments.
- Review financial statements prior to submission to the Vice President of Finance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, with a CPA certification.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in real estate accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
