Position Overview

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel services. This position requires a strong focus on staff management and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Recruit and train personnel on their responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve team skills and service quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Organize special arrangements for VIP guests to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Manage the flow of information among team members to maintain clarity and effectiveness.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
