Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety

    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position involves standing for extended periods and is physically demanding. Attention to detail is essential.
