The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel operations. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Recruit and train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards
  • Oversee staff performance and provide guidance
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
  • Plan and organize arrangements for VIP guests
