Administrative Assistant Role at ASDIN HOSPITALITY LTD

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASDIN HOSPITALITY LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals by coordinating activities and implementing policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, relaying messages, and directing guests to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and ensure efficient logistics.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Strong business acumen and technical terminology knowledge.
Working Conditions:
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
