The Casino de Montréal is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic High Stakes Operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our high-stakes gaming environment by providing comprehensive administrative assistance to sector supervisors and the executive host team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team's centralized email inbox and correspondence.
  • Preparing operational documents, such as daily schedules, meeting agendas, and event materials.
  • Coordinating logistics for executive hosts, including travel arrangements and event preparations.
  • Planning and executing monthly management meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and coordinating orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing administrative support to operations supervisors, assisting with tasks such as data entry and report generation.
  • Monitoring sector controls and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Assisting with workforce management, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Managing purchases for executive hosts and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Supporting various activities related to event tracking and information dissemination.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
