Position: Administrative Support Specialist

We are representing a distinguished organization that boasts a significant membership base, currently in search of an Administrative Support Specialist to enhance their Professional Inspection division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the documentation and execution of compliance processes within the profession. The specialist will play a crucial role in assisting members with their documentation during inspection phases and will serve as a vital link between the department's personnel and external stakeholders.

  • Compensation: 56-60K$ with comprehensive benefits
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement
  • Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Revise and improve tools and methodologies related to professional inspection services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and departmental staff concerning compliance-related activities
  • Support the organization of events related to professional compliance, including inspections and continuing education
  • Manage dashboards, statistics, and performance metrics
  • Assist in the scheduling of questionnaires for inspections and maintain the database
  • Draft notifications for members regarding compliance issues
Qualifications and Skills
  • DEC in administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Proficient in French, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of MS Office applications
