Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments effectively Establish rapport with clients through thoughtful inquiries to assess their needs and confirm details Address incoming internet inquiries promptly and informatively Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships Perform additional tasks as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory Experience in customer service or call center roles is advantageous Availability for evening shifts is essential Sales experience is a plus, though not required Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word Typing speed of at least 55 WPM is expected Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively Detail-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills are crucial for client interactions Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Results-oriented individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to success
