VCA Canada is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Client Relations Specialist to enhance our Dental and Oral Surgery team. We are in search of a friendly yet highly professional individual who can contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our medical teams, clients, and their beloved pets.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and possess a customer-centric approach. Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles within a veterinary practice
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to learn software systems
- Outstanding client service abilities
- A compassionate, supportive, and optimistic demeanor
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, adaptability to change, and flexibility
- Initiative to independently manage assignments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Availability for modified shift work
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in MS Office and effective communication skills
- Previous veterinary experience or completion of an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred
