POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering robust customer connections and ensuring seamless order management. Working under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee customer transactions, address concerns, and deliver outstanding support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately and efficiently manage customer transactions
  • Update order records in SAP and SFDC platforms
  • Engage with clients regarding order progress and potential delays
  • Coordinate with various teams to expedite order fulfillment
  • Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and operate effectively
  • Proficient in computer usage and fundamental math skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position may involve sitting, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Specific visual capabilities are also required for this role.

WORK SETTING

The majority of the work will be conducted in an office environment, with occasional visits to operational units. Limited travel may be necessary.
