About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2359983 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our administrative support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and ensure that all office operations are running smoothly.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, and provide solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
