About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Montana's Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to our guests' tastes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards and that our guests receive a consistent dining experience.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget and that our menu prices are competitive.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
