Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Praguery Food Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for various baked goods, ensuring that recipes are followed and quality standards are met.
- Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and kitchen staff to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all baked goods, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the bakery is maintained in a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Bakery Supervisor will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with regular exposure to flour, sugar, and other ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
