Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Proven track record of supervising and training staff.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
