Bakery Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Praguery Food Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Plan and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train bakery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure timely production and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all baked goods produced.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
