Bakery Operations Manager

At Praguery Food Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all baked goods produced.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The Bakery Supervisor will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with regular exposure to flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic setting.
