Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nita Lake Lodge - Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless operations
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Nita Lake Lodge - Hotel, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
