Restaurant Operations Manager

A & W Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, balance cash, and complete financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial health.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
