About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create and execute menu offerings that meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
