Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tomo Sushi Japanese Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.
Staff Supervision and PerformanceOversee and evaluate the performance of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Operations and LogisticsPlan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
Customer ServiceEnsure that customers receive exceptional service and address any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
