About The Mexican Corner Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, monitor their performance, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available.
